im awake!
haha slept for 5 hrs just now :)
had standard chartered 10km run today
hohohoho
alright la i guess
i could have jogged the full 10km, i think
which was quite surprising to me.. stil
but i did not did the full distance.
my legs are already aching now
it doesnt feel like those were my legs anymore
ahha
i pity those in full or half marathon...
i admire their spirit. perseverance.
a wonderful spirit.
we were commenting at the finishers of full marathoners.
haha they were walking like.. duck?
hahahahahhahaha
but at least they brought honour and glory to themselves by wearing the finishers tee.
pray that their muscles will not ache so much
esp those going for the STONG trip with us. hohoh!
these seniors are suppose to help us carry items! not us carrying for them~~~~
