kayaking today... abit wasteful i think. $14! cuz mengteck/zai not around! :( booohoooo managed to practise some half-roll using sweep method. and hmmm... not much? maybe rescues.
tired. i will miss kayaking (training) for a few weeks again la.. but will be kayaking these 2 weeks. for kop and as safety officers.
