im back from Kayak Level 1 Coach Training Course!
OBS camp 1!
my first time to OBS lea~~~ :D
hmmm yea enriching. and fulfilling.
at least like making full use of my 3days!
it was kinda fun also bah
The bunks werent too bad, at least it had beds with clean mattresses and pillows and BLANKET!
but it's quite far from the main building. hahah
the food aint too bad too. at least i ate almost every liao4.
the instructor is a very very zai person.

very amused by him.
he is uncle liew! hahah or just liew.
really like wahliew la! HAHAHHA (in the amused tone... )[... ... okay not funny]
i would say that he can really express his thoughts well enough, being very experienced as a kayaker, coach, instructor, mentor.
and he talks really alot :) hahahah
really a very impressive instructor that is like ren jian ren ai.. HAHAHA
cuz an instructor is not suppose to get angry or provoked by participants. hahhahaha
the pool is a great thing on earth!
kayaking in the pool was a luxury sia
able to see everything and anything in the water :)
im still in the DOWN period of roll..
hahah
it was mentioned by many many coaches that everyone has a quite definite routine of learning the roll..
it is like.. CAN DO quite successfully for many times thinking that u actually know how le..
then there will be a period where most of the time u cant really do the roll..
then after that will be a consistent successrate le.
waiting for the last stage man.. :)
anw, i did 2 rolls altogether out of the many many attempts.. and one buoyancy vest roll! :D Hahahah
ah ya.... must really thank chris for his help during pool sessions.
for staying with me and joycelyn throughout the pool sessions for 3days! AHHAHAH
having a waterproof camera is INDEED A WONDERFUL THING.

and he keeps insisting that the syrup drink that day was lemon barley.
enjoyed that meal thoroughly..
supper that night too. WHAAHHAH. gobbling down the snacks sungsheng bought from mainland. HAHAHHAHA
went back to the bunk and got quite crazy too.
blanket party WAHHA. damn dumb la... nehneh chris hit me on my head with pillow.
like really DANGGG inside my head.
actually quite amazed by chris also.
hmmm he like can do alot of things la.
ohkay he'a a lvl3 coach gonnabe, he's a netball coach, he knows massaging, he talks crap too, he can swim 25m without changing breath, he knows bits of jap. HAHHAHAHA
yeala quite qiang. lol
ohya i must thank lance too, for lending me his very expensive towel. HAHAH
nehneh, another participant (guy) took my towel accidentally and USED IT.
i had another towel in my bunk, but due to some miscommunications, he ran up to the bunk and took his towel for me le.
so touched ! ahhahah
ohkay must thank joycelyn too. for lending me her shampoo soap facial wash toothpaste! WAHAHHA
and being my learning partner also
i feel my arms muscles getting larger and larger.
why am i using my arm muscles! OHNO!
but it seriously feels thicker. dang
even my left arm too.
ohno, i haven started any of the elearning stuffs.and there's cheerleading tomoro!! the whole afternoon. OMG
