saturdaynight i slept at 2am can.....
watching the rhythmic gym at olympics...
so nice lahhh!!!

and sunday i had AHM, Army Half Marathon!
zomg..
got to wake up at 5.15 like that!!!
zomg only slept 3hrs for a 21km run!!!
okaynot too bad...
just legs abit (ABIT!) cui after that...
knee,ankles didnt give way...
and i managed to run without stopping (besides some parts which i had to stop to get a drink)
so proud of myself man :)
bah!
the tarred road that we ran for like near 3 km.. was bad!!
dont like!
and the sheares bridge is really long i think!
prefer the stand chard route...
BAHHH i regret taking 21km for standchart this year again!!!
i think i can do 42km now!! though i cannot run throughout lah!
hahaha just gonna run 21km and walk the rest!! HAHAHA
