Had SIE 2009! ahahah
Everything went on pretty smoothly.. for me lah! except the points brought out during debrief.. :)
Strengthen friendships, new friendships! Hehehe
if the rest of the more experienced coaches were around like lance,wilson,laimun... etc it would have been more fun i think!! at least in the night!! =)
planning this expedition made me learn many many things!
firstly how the planning of an sea expedition should be like! the budget, deciding route, reading on tide tables, getting permits, publicise, preparation of logistics and food, deciding of manpower, allocation of manpower......etc
many many things!!!
somewhat similar to odac expeditions... but it's still very different regarding the budget route and permits... because we dont have to do that!!!!! teachers settle it all! =p hahaha
how important it is to run through the event step by step, even to the point to, what exactly we should be instructing the participants to do! who is at where at this time, what are they doing, while we are at this point, who is there to take care of the situation! exact exact details to be tied down for every point in time...
comms discipline. MUAHAHA! im so sorrrryyy man, but it was reallll fun to play with walkies!
esp when we are so bored on the power boat!! sorrrry yeehan! hahahaha
okay and other things that i think are very important!!! hopefully i'll remember them all down, and write it down for personal reflections!!!

firstly, thanks to joycelyn, my chair! hahahaa for initiating the expedition, and taking me as your vice-chair. and spending pretty much of your time getting everything done! forget the times when we snapped at one another ya! muahaha just remember how we've helped each other when both of us didnt know how to handle things at all!! hahaha like meeting the mpa! argh, scary la!
and thanks to the committee!!! yeehan jingxin, for not totally blaming us for shooting u all as land ic, although it's not in your jobscope as expe leaders! muahaha, and doing a great job as expe leaders!! =)
jeremy!!! our publicity cum games cum sweeper!! and ended up helping us to get things organised!!! hahahaha alot of jobs eh!!! and thanks for lighting mozzie coils in the night for us! MUAAHAHHA =/
clement! for doing a great job organising the logs during expe itself! and of course, coming down to club frommm clementi for a while just to check bits of log(only at the end la) wahahah!!
zhihao! for getting the boatmen so ready for the expe!! and of course helping us on the way to plan the expedition with all your past experiences!! the only one in our comm with some experience! ahhaha :)
siti!! for preparing the food list, and together we got the foooooooddd!!! and sorry that i kept commenting on the quantities on the food list MUAHAHAH
silas!!! for agreeing to help although he has to pay too!! but in the end also never pay!! ohman definitely a great great help!! with the log!! together with clems, bummed all that way to sisters... bummed all the way back to changi... organising the logistics.. help with food, and setting up of basecamp!!
the staffs! dharma sungsheng chong! for sharing the things that they know, rushing us for the benefit of the expe... =)) and those who came as participants! esp zai!!! hahahhaa cooool to have you around, our great chef too!:D:D:D !!!
the boatmen! UNCLEPHILIP! who came down for our recce and the expe itself! sharing the things he know with us!! helping out with deciding the route... and of course all the help to our generator, setting up of lights... alot alot alot of things! ohmy!

great to have all of you!!! great chance to know more about you guys and learn from you all!
